Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and Bazil Tsiwai Bhasera trading as ExegePro. By signing up, accessing or using ExegePro, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What ExegePro provides
ExegePro is a web application that turns written sermons or Bible-study material into a slide outline, a small-group discussion guide and a short video script. Output is generated by a third-party writing assistant and is intended as a draft for you to review and adapt.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account, so keep your password secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the service.
Your content
The text you submit and the resources generated from it remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you. Only submit content you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
You may not use ExegePro for anything unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, or that infringes anyone’s intellectual property. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, probe, distribute malware, or attempt to circumvent any technical limits or security measures. Automated or bulk use is not permitted.
AI-generated output
Generated content is a draft and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before using it in teaching, preaching, publication or any other context. We do not guarantee that output is suitable for any particular purpose.
Our intellectual property
ExegePro, its name, logo, code, design and documentation are owned by Bazil Tsiwai Bhasera and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Prices are shown on the site before you subscribe. For payment processing, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellations and refunds, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can read Paddle’s buyer terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Fair use limits
Each account may generate the number of resource sets included in its plan, and each submitted message is limited to roughly 5,000 words. We may suspend accounts that exceed these limits through automated or abusive use.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay when due, or pose a security or fraud risk. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. When your access ends, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required to retain it.
No warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law requires it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after the changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.
