Bazil Tsiwai Bhasera trading as ExegePro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for ExegePro Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. The fastest way to request a refund is through your Paddle receipt or account at paddle.net. You can also email us at support@exegepro.org and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
What happens after a refund
Once approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Your Pro access will be removed when the refund is processed.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
